You will be in Gunma Prefecture and harvest specialties (konnyaku, cabbage, etc.). You will get G (GUNMA) for harvesting specialties. Next, select the prefecture you want to become Gunma Prefecture. Then, use the G (GUNMA) to draw a gacha. The people in the selected prefecture will become Gunma citizens according to the population of the city, town, village, or village that comes out of the Gacha.
