Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade

A full reimagining of the opening chapter of the 1997 classic, this enhanced edition unfolds in Midgar, a sprawling dystopian cyberpunk metropolis ruled by the Shinra Electric Power Company. Shinra sustains its towering city by draining Mako, the planet's very lifeblood, through massive reactors, slowly bleeding the world dry. Cloud Strife, a stoic former member of Shinra's elite SOLDIER unit now working as a mercenary, is hired by his childhood friend Tifa Lockhart on behalf of AVALANCHE, an eco-terrorist resistance group led by the fiery Barret Wallace. Convinced that Shinra's greed is killing the planet, the group launches a daring strike against one of its Mako reactors. Along the way Cloud crosses paths with the gentle flower seller Aerith and is haunted by visions of his enigmatic nemesis Sephiroth. This edition also adds a new chapter following the spirited ninja Yuffie on her own infiltration of Shinra.
