On the website, we have almost complete* lists of all demos currently available on Nintendo EU eShop and Nintendo US eShop.
*Excluding “shovelware” + sometimes the demos availability changes, but the lists are regularly updated.
Here are the lists of demos:
- Demos available on the EU eShop (over 700 demos)
- Demos available on the US eShop (around 500 demos)
Why the big difference? We have no idea, but on the US eShop, demos are often available only for limited period around the game’s release.
And if you have the SwitchBuddy app, you can use filters to find only games that have demos. For example you can view all singleplayer games with a demo or browse by genre and perhaps find all shooter games with available demo.
Plus you can also enable OpenCritic filter and find only demos for positively reviewed games. SwitchBuddy+ users can filter all currently discounted games that offer demos.
